Principal Talk with Mrs Lowe

Music Showcase Assembly

You are invited to attend our Semester One Music Showcase Assembly this afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in our School Hall.

Each grade will present two musical pieces they have learnt with Mrs Deighton in their music classes.

I am sure you will be very impressed with their presentations and the development of their musical skills.

Best Wishes to Our Year 6 Students Receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation

We extend our best wishes to some of our Year 6 students who will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation next Tuesday evening.

We would like to thank Fr. Simon for his spiritual guidance and support throughout the program.

Thank you to the parents for participating in the faith formation evening and commitment Masses and working hard with their child at home on the provided learning activities.

A special thank you to our teachers, our Religious Education Coordinator, Miss Murdock, for her hard work and dedication in organising and preparing the Confirmation Reflection Day, and our Year 6 teachers for their valuable contributions. Your efforts in guiding and educating our students are appreciated.

As our Year 6 students take this important step in their faith journey, we pray they continue to grow in wisdom and grace. May this Confirmation be a foundation for a lifetime of faith, hope, and love.

SCC School Disco

Next week, our School Community Council, led by event coordinator David Jepson, will host a disco for our students. This event has been organised to raise funds to support the school with further Chromebook purchases.

Please see the instructions in this newsletter's School Community Council section on how to purchase entry for your child.

Please note the students will wear their sports uniform to school that day; it is not a uniform-free day.

All students will participate in this fun event regardless of whether they have purchased a ticket.

Uniform Matters

The following image outlines the required footwear for our Summer and Winter Uniform, non-sport days.
It is important as a school community that we present ourselves in a tidy and uniform manner.
Thank you for ensuring our students look smart in our school uniform.
